Made to order

We understand there are many options for purchasing clothing online. Many sources are able to offer quick turnarounds and free incentives. We are proud to make each of our pieces to order. This allows us to reduce loss and keep unwanted products out of the waste stream.  We want your experience to feel like you are having something a bit more special made for you. It takes time to make each piece so you can generally expect to receive you “made to order” piece within 4 to 6 weeks. Upon receiving your order, we will confirm via email. Because of our lean production model, we do not accept returns but are happy to offer you a credit towards a future purchase.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us unwashed and unworn with all original tags within 7 days and we will issue you an exchange credit. Do be aware that it will take lead-time to make you a new product. Please take the time to make your choice and feel free to contact us regarding any questions you have. We are happy to send you swatches if you’d like to see colors or fabrics. Just drop a message titled “swatches” to the email on our contact page.

Ribbon

Our silk ribbons are ready to order and are limited to stock on hand. Each season we experiment with new formulas and colors and when they run out, well, they’re gone! New batches may be similar but due to the nature of the natural dye materials, the colors may vary from batch to batch. Our ribbon is returnable if it does not meet your needs. Please send back the unused roll within 7 days and we will offer a full refund.
